Sunsine MBTS-50
Predispersed MBTS-50 is a good general-purpose processing safety quasi speed accelerator that can be used alone and may also be used with other accelerators. An activated dithiocarbamate accelerator is used to prevent the salt scorch. Thiuram, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde amine salt enhancers on the pre-dispersed MBTS-50 both activation. CR has a delay in the processing and rubber vulcanization. When combined with speeding accelerator and use, pre-dispersed MBTS-50 can improve processing safety. Predispersed MBTS-50 vulcanizates with good heat aging properties.
