PWE is specially modified ultrafine calcined kaolin featuring with low residue and low salt content, through the dehydroxylation by control heat treatment, removal of the hydroxyl groups incorporated in the crystal molecules, thereby enhancing the brightness of the product. PWE kaolin is highly pulverized for better dispersion and provides excellent electrical insulation properties.

Application:

PWE is recommended for use in PVC wires, rubber cable market and electronics applications. It is very easy to disperse and provides excellent electrical resistance and insulation, featuring low soluble salt content and consistence quality.The fine particle size and morphology structure of PWE makes it suitable as a TiO2 extender.
