PWP is an ultrafine particle size high brightness aluminum silicate. It is highly micronized processing to improve its dispersion properties.
Application:
PWP is specially designed to provide opacity and whiteness in polymer applications. It can be used as a partial replacement for TiO2 in plastics applications, making it a cost-effective functional extender. PWP can be used for PVC profile applications, where it provides good opacity and maintains UV stability. The product also improves stiffness while maintaining impact properties. Its low residue makes it easy to disperse on a twin screw extruder, 2 rolls mill and other milling equipment. Finally, having moderately low oil absorption enables higher pigment loading levels in application.
