Endura® NY-70 is a concentrate which contains 70% antimony oxide dispersed in nylon. As a concentrate, Endura® NY-70 simplifies the handling and application of antimony oxide and makes it easier for users to comply with the current OSHA permissible exposure limit of 0.5 mg/m3 (as antimony) based on an 8-hour time-weighted average.

Endura® NY-70 must be used in conjunction with a halogenated organic compound in order to obtain flame retardancy.

Applications
Endura® NY-70 is designed for flame retardant nylon applications in particular, as well as a wide range of other flame retardant thermoplastic applications which can tolerate small amounts (usually less than 2%) of a nylon 6 resin.
