avanSTATIC solutions for rubber are very effective formulations specially designed for coloured or transparent rubber antistatic/ESD formulations and specially formulated for NBR, SBR; BR; ECO, CR and CSM. Nevertheless they can be easily adjusted to other rubber types with slight changes in their formulation. AvanSTATIC solutions for rubber enable reaching lower resistance levels than other alternative products in the market without altering the rubber quality.

avanSTATIC rubber: Presented in solid form, it is specially designed for its integration in NBR. It is extremely effective and very low concentration levels are required (1-5 phr) It is easy to disperse and integrate in each formula. To optimize its results, applying polar element in your formulation is recommended. As this application has SiO2, a small addition of Polyethylene glycol may be necessary to adjust vulcanizing times.
