PLASBLAK PE6370 black masterbatch is a specially formulated polyethylene masterbatch suitable for the production of geomembranes that have to comply with the GM13 standard. This masterbatch is made from a finely dispersed carbon black grade combined with a highly effective thermal and light stabilization package and meets the Oxidative Induction Time (OIT) and High Pressure Oxidative Induction Time (HP-OIT) requirements as specified by GM13 standard.

Method of Addition:
PLASBLAK PE6370 black masterbatch is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.

Addition Rate:
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition rates vary from 5 % to 7.5 % masterbatch in order to get 2 % to 3 % carbon black in the geomembrane as specified by the GM13 standard.
