Mflam 1920 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant for elastomer with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements (the system does not contain APP); it mainly plays a flame retardant role in the formation of carbon and expansion flame retardant. It has high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance and low smoke and non-toxicity. Elastomer treated by Mflam 1920, can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm). Comparing to other FR, Mflam 1920 performances better especially in white oil based system.
