Applications
Atmer™ 7300 is an effective release agent that also provides effective anti-static performance. It is recommended for use in expanded polyethylene applications to improve the cell size distribution and foaming gas / air exchange.

Mode of Action
Atmer™ 7300 is a combination of additives dispersed in a adsorbent polymer. Using a concentrate allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms. Concentrates are added to the process like other resins, allowing for the additives to migrate to the surface where the additive interacts with atmospheric moisture reducing resistivity and dissipating static charge.

Guidelines for Use
Atmer™ 7300 can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 2 - 3 %.
