Applications
Atmer 7650 is a 50% concentrate of IncroMax 300. It has been designed especially for polycarbonate to act as a friction reduction additive and internal lubricant. Useful in extrudable sheet and glazing applications, Atmer 7650 brings processing efficiency without impacting optical clarity of polycarbonate. Atmer 7650 helps with intricate parts.

Mode of action
Using Atmer 7650 gives better dispersion and overcomes complications that can be encountered when using IncroMax 300 in it's natural physical form. Atmer 7650 is distributed evenly throughout the polymer during the melt phase and helps to act on surface friction as an internal lubricant. Atmer 7650 reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents adhesion of polymer to polymer and polymer to metal.

Guidelines for use
Atmer 7650 is incorporated into the polymer during processing. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 1% in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
