Properties
- Improves flow in hard to reach mold area
- Supplements rheological properties inherent in molding powder
Applications
- Libnol G-151 acts as good dispersing agent for colors in dry blends and/or concentrates in various thermoplastics such as PP, Nylon etc. It is an excellent lubricant which increase the flow of resin to achieve easier filling of deeper recesses and sections in the mold. It also acts as a mold release agent to improve release properties during molding operations.
- Libnol G-151 has unique property of solubility in styrene and hence it is highly suitable flow improver in manufacturing of PS/SAN and HIPS. It acts as carrier wax in manufacturing of styrene master batches.
