3. Characteristics & Usages
- The physical blend of SONGNOX® 1010, a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant, and SONGNOX® 1024, a metal deactivator and primary antioxidant
- Provides process stability, long term protection of physical properties, and protects the polymer against the antagonistic effects of contact with metal ions, specifically Copper.
- Applications include wire and cable, adhesive (both hot melt and solution), and powder coatings
- Effective in PE, Cross linked PE, PP, EPDM, Elastomers, Nylon, PU, Polyacetal, and Styrenic copolymers.
