NAM-3 is a master batch of high performance nucleator. NAM-3 adopted the advanced technology of heterogeneous nucleation. During the production processing, NAM-3 can boost the generation of spherocrystal of smaller and evener size and accelerate the crystallization of PP. As a result, the mechanical, optical and thermal properties of final PP products are improved.

White granule.

APPLICATIONS
NAM-3 is used to improve the mechanical properties of PP injection molding product, sheet and film. It can obviously improved the gloss, rigidity, flexural modulus, tensile strength of PP products, and improve HDT and dimension stability of final products.

USAGES
Mix NAM-3 with PP evenly, then process into products through extrusion or injection molding.
Recommended dosage is 1~4%.
