Mocide DCOIT-10 is a 10% solution of 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl 4-isothiazoline-3-one in a plasticizer carrier. It is a bactericide, algaecide and fungicide and offers highly effective, broad-spectrum protection against degradation, discoloration and defacement caused by mold, mildew, and algae on plastics surfaces. It will provide long term protection against bacterial, fungal growth on Vinyl, polyurethane and other polymeric compositions.
