Anti-UV pellets are prepared by twin screw extrusion. It is a masterbatch with a factor of well dispersed inorganic screen using the technology of self-assembly. The nanomaterials used are non-toxic, permanent anti-UV properties thus overcoming the shortcomings of poor washing unsatisfactory performance UV, rapid obsolescence of its functions and aging. It is another successful nanotechnology applied to the traditional industries.

CHARACTERISTICS

Nano inorganic anti-UV agents are produced by wet chemical techniques and extrusion uniform dispersion with excellent anti-UV performance.

Has excellent characteristics such as viscosity, thermal stability and fewer agglomerated particles.

APPLICATIONS

Can be incorporated into a variety of polymers and UV masterbatchs needing protection.
