Sinobase Peptizer P-22

Properties: White or pale yellow powder, Specific gravity (@ 20oC) approx. 1.35. Low toxicity. Soluble in organic solvent such as benzene, ethanol, acetone, etc. Insoluble in water. Avoid contact with skin.

Applications: It is an effective chemical peptizer for NR and SBR. It is specially suitable for mixing at high temperature over 120oC. It can reduce the milling time greatly and save the power consumption. It has little effect on the aging properties of rubber products while improving the process efficiency. It does not bloom from rubber. Peptizer P-22 shall be added at the beginning of the mixing.
