VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 03946 is a dispersion of a special ultra-micronized Silicate in polyethylene.

Application:
VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 03946 has been developed for the extrusion of polyolefin films, even of those with a minimum thickness. It is suitable to replace masterbatches containing natural Silica: some natural mineral fillers may cause unpleasant effects such as the reduction of optical properties or the excessive absorption of co-additives (slipping, antistatic or antifog agents), thus causing a reduction in their performances. VIBATAN PE ANTIBLOCKING 03946 avoids such inconveniences, increases the formation of micro-wrinkling on the film surface, reduces the points of contact and thus gives a perfect detaching effect.
