VIBATAN CP AB 5 is an antiblocking masterbatch containing amorphous synthetic silica, in a polypropylene copolymer carrier, which prevents the severe blocking tendency of polyolefin films.
The high dispersion of the additive in the masterbatch guarantees an excellent homogeneity in the final product.
The addition of VIBATAN CP AB 5 prevents the typical problems experienced during the winding and unwinding of the film.

Application:
VIBATAN CP AB 5 is especially intended for the manufacture of general purpose heatsealable BOPP films.
Compared to other conventional products based on synthetic silica, VIBATAN CP AB 5, when added to the skin layers, has a minimal effect on the final transparency of the film.
