Composition:
VIBATAN PEX ANTIOX 09018 is a 20% synergistic composition between a phenolic and phosphite antioxidant dispersed in a low density polyethylene carrier.
In addition it contains an efficient processing aid reducing substantially the die drool and plate out on the screw, increasing the output rate of the extruder and providing a high quality of the surface finish of the extruded pipe.

Application:
VIBATAN PEX ANTIOX 09018 is dedicated to secure the long term thermo-stability under mechanical stress of silane crosslinkable pipes produced by the "One Step Process" for use in hot sanitary water, central and floor heating pipes applications.
Silane crosslinkable pipes stabilised with VIBATAN PEX ANTIOX 09018 are designed to meet the DIN 16892 specifications.
