PLASBLAK EG3807 black masterbatch has been designed for compounding and injection moulding of engineering polymers. While compatible with multiple engineering polymers, this product is especially suited for use with polycarbonate (PC) resins.

Method of Addition:
PLASBLAK EG3807 black masterbatch is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Note: Depending on the dilution polymer used, pre-drying of the masterbatch may be necessary.

Addition Rate:
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition rates can range from 2% to 4% masterbatch.
