Dyna-Mix PA2080 is process aid for polyolefins, specifically linear polyethylene like LLDPE and UHMW-HDPE. At very low use levels of 200-1000 ppm in polyethylene, Dyna-Mix PA2080 helps to eliminate melt fracture, reduce die buildup, lower extrusions pressures, and increase throughput.

Dyna-Mix PA2080 is a synergized formulation that acts both internally and externally as a process aid. The first component, promotes migration to the die surface to help reduce friction at the die to help increase the critical shear rate of melt fracture. The second component acts as an internal lubricant reducing the apparent viscosity of the material, so that it can flow more easily through the die.

Dyna-Mix PA2080 is also available as a masterbatch in polyethylene and as a blend 50% blend with polyethylene powder.
