SONGSORB® 3200
- SONGSORB® 3200 is a strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation in the 300~400nm region and has a high degree of photostability - photochemical energy absorbed in the ultraviolet region is dissipated as thermal energy.
- Is recommended for use in styrenics, vinyls, polycarbonates, polyesters and acrylics - the normal use level in plastics ranges from 0.2 to 0.8%.
- Is highly effective in stabilizing coatings such as urethanes and nitrocellulose - in coatings applications, the use levels range from 0.5 to 2.0%.
- Can be used in combination with phenolic & phosphite antioxidants, and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use.
- Should be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
