Based on DCBS, NA-1 is a clarifier developed by GCH, produced by advanced synthesis and purifying techniques. It odor and whiteness are highly improved. It can effectively reduce haze value and increase transparency.

PROPERTIES
White powder, insoluble in water or solvents such as methanol, ethanol, acetone, toluene and cyclohexane. LD50=15g/kg.

APPLICATIONS
NA-1 can obviously improve the transparency, gloss, rigidity, fleural modulus and tensile strength of PP products, and improves HDT and dimension stability of final products.

USAGES
Mix NA-1 with resin together, then process into products extrusion or injection molding. In order to improvethe dispersion, It's recommended to make NA-1 into master batch or NDO before feeding.
Recommended dosage is 0.15~0.3%, and extruding temperature between 190~220?.
