RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION :
ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces.
The release effect of ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is excellent during compounding and after curing as a mold release.
ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 improves the dispersion of filler and is equally effective for carbon black and white filler. It also works as lubricant in polyolefin systems.
ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 shows its best release effect when added during the final mixing stage.
