DANCOLOR® MB-9006-TITANIUM BLACK is an aromatic colour master batch based on TPU which will be delivered in black, translucent coloured granules. This colour concentrate is used mainly for the colouring of thermoplastic polyurethanes (based on polyester- or polyether) for extrusion-, injection moulding-, and for calander processing.


Application

For an intensive colouring an exact dose and a good distribution of the TPU is necessary. To reach optimum results we recommend a pre drying of the product ( alone or together with the TPU ) in a hot air-, vacuum- or hot air circulation tumble dryer for 1 to 2 hours at 90 - 100°C.

The processing temperature during the production should not exceed 190° C.
