GUARD DOG™ UV360 Light Absorber
Applications: Extremely effective in acrylics, alkene polymers, polycarbonates, and polyamides. It can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphite antioxidants and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use.
Recommended dosage: General recommended loading concentrations range between 0.15 - 0.60% depending upon the substrate and performance requirements.
Performance Benefits:
- Strong absorption of UV radiation in the 300 - 400 nm regions and has high degree of photostability and excellent thermal properties.
- Low initial color and low volatility during high processing temperatures and have good extraction resistance. Helpful in preventing plate-out on molds and die-lip build-up
