Numerous polymers are available in the world. These polymers are different from each other in respect of long term hat stability, processing stability, applications and properties. Most of the polymers are sensitive to oxidative degradation at elevated temperature. Due to degradation, following defect ca occur in the final product:

In order to stabilize the polymer, antioxidants are used. M.G. Polyblends has designed anti-oxidant masterbatch based on stearically hindered phenolic antioxidant along with some specialty additives which helps in proper dispersion of anti oxidant masterbatch in final application to get better and consistent results. Better is the dispersion of additive in the polymer matrix, better the efficiency of the additive. So, it is always recommended for anti oxidant additive to be used in masterbatch form. Also it is cost effective and custoimized as per requirement. This masterbatch is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP Polymers.
