NDZ-133 can be used in plastic composites during compounding to improve heat stability, gloss of surface. It helps to achieve higher loading level of filler in composites to reduce cost. NDZ-133 is used specially in PVC pipes, sheets and wire/cables. It can be used to treat minerals such as calcium carbonate, kaolin, etc. to improve hydrophobicity of the filler and its dispersion in the system, and thus achieve higher mechanical strength & water resistance. NDZ-133 treated kaolin in rubber composite gives better tear strength and tensile strength, and it can partially replace silica.
