FAST408 is a highly processing aid masterbatch based on LLDPE which gives for help extrusion of LLDPE, LDPE, EVA and PE blends.

FAST408 contains 4% of active additives.

APPLICATIONS
By using FAST408, you can have following properties:

increase output

reduce melt fracture problems

lower melt temperature

avoid die and extrusion defects

increase film properties

very effective in high filled recipes

antiblock property

The main level of use FAST408 is between 0,5% to 1,5% for normal processing aid.
For more difficult formulations, (high filler content…), a level of 3% or higher, could be required.
