INDFLAME NH LD 7001 N V2 is a highly dispersed Halogen free Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PP Base compound. The FR additives are well dispersed in LDPE carrier resin.

The grade is recommended for Non-halogenated PP Injection molding and Extrusion application.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
INDFLAME NH LD 7001 N V2 can be used at dosage of 2.2-3.2% for achieving V2 in PP Homopolymer & Copolymer applications. It also offers V2 at 4% dosage in mineral filled PP System.
Dosage above 4% is not allowed for matching the non-halogen requirement of IEC 61249-2-21.

USAGE/APPLICATIONS:
INDFLAME NH LD 7001 N V2 can be used for achieving V2 for Injection molding and Extrusion products. Recommended Processing temperature is 200-210°C.
