Applications
IncroMax™ PS is a unique additive in bead or powder form, suitable for use in styrenic and acrylic based polymers for friction modification including mold release anti-scratch.

Mode of Action
IncroMax™ PS can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer. This layer reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.

Guidelines for Use
IncroMax™ PS is an internal additive and can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / preblend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.
