PREWHITE™ PE 18-50
PREWHITE PE 18-50 is a polyethylene based white masterbatch, developed for demanding extrusion coating applications. High processing temperatures and dosing levels are possible without a risk for lacing, die-lip oxidation.
Films can be blown down to 20 microns due to the good dispersion of PREWHITE™ PE 10-50. According to FDA and BgVV regulations, PREWHITE™ PE 10-50 is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs without limitations. Optimized for cleaning extruders for powder coating products. Reduced machine downtime.
According to FDA and EC regulations PREWHITE™ PE 18-50 is approved for use in direct food contact applications when maximum dosing 30 % is not exceeded. Pre-drying e.g., 3 hours at 90 °C is recommended when dosing is over 25% of masterbatch)
