- Polymeric complex ester of saturated fatty acids. STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG is manufactured from high quality vegetable acid with low iodine value.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION
- Typical Applications: STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG (Vegetable Grade) is a very compatible complex ester lubricant manufactured from vegetable source fatty acids and is especially suited for calendered PVC sheet. It also has application in extrusion, blow molding and injection molding formulations.
- Features: STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG is a very effective lubricant with externally lubricating properties which has no negative impact on clarity in extrusion, calendaring, or injection molding. STRUKTOL® V-PEAS VG is noted to have ideal characteristics for calendered sheet where clarity is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters.
