NAA -325
NAA-325 is an organometallic salt high performance nucleator. With its outstanding performance in thermal stability, chemical inertness and dispersion ability, and widely used in polyolefin products, especially for polypropylene products. Through increasing the crystallization temperature and crystallization velocity, NAA-325 improves mechanical, optical and thermal performance of polyolefin products.
PROPERTIES
White powder, insoluble in water.
APPLICATIONS
NAA-325 is used in Polyolefin, especially in polypropylene, can obviously improve the transparency, gloss, rigidity, flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP products, and improve HDT and dimension stability of final products.
USAGES
Mix NAA-3/NAA-325 with resin together, then process into products extrusion or injection molding. In order to improve the dispersion, It's recommended to make NAA-3/NAA-325 into master batch or NDO before feeding.
Recommended dosage is 0.15~0.3%.
