NAR -6F
NAR-6F is micronized sodium benzoate, with fine particle size, narrow particle size distribution and good dispersion. It's a cost-effective nucleating agent and widely used in polypropylene to improve mechanical, optical and thermal characters of polypropylene products.
PROPERTIES
White powder, smelled sweet and astringency, soluble in water, ethanol, glycerol and methanol.
APPLICATIONS
NAR-6F is widely used in polypropylene with improving transparency, gloss, rigidity and HDT.
USAGES
Mix NAR-6F with resin together, then process into products extrusion or injection molding. In order to improvethe dispersion, It's recommended to make NAR-6F into master batch or NDO before feeding.
Recommended dosage is 0.05~0.3%.
