NAE -23
NAE-23 is a clarifier for PE. Comparing with other nucleator for PE, if has good dispersion in low processing temperature. And can improve the optical, mechanical properties and processability of PE, expecially LLEDPE, through increasing the quantity of crystal nuclaus, decreasing the size of crystal sphere.
PROPERTIES
White powder, insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, toluene, cyclohexane, and many other kinds of organic solvent.
APPLICATIONS
NAE-23 is mainly applied in LLDPE extrusion blown film, can improve the light transmittance and surface gloss of film. And also improve the tearing strength and impact strength, resulting to higher production efficiency.
USAGES
Mix NAE-23 with resin together, then process into products extrusion or injection molding. In order to improvethe dispersion, It's recommended to make NAB-83 into master batch or NDO before feeding.
Recommended dosage is 0.04~0.2%, according to the thickness of film.
