Dispergator FL plus is a development based on Dispergator FL which has been used successfully for many years in rubber industry.
Dispergator FL plus is a multifunctional processing aid in granular from based on metal soaps, high boiling alcohols and fatty acids and shows an excellent compatibility to all polymers commonly used in rubber industry. Dispergator FL plus can be incorporated in the internal mixer as well as on the open mill. The use of Dispergator FL plus results in an excellent homogeneity and process ability of rubber compounds.
Dispergator FL plus incorporates an extremely high concentration of active substances. A special combination of the active agents under consideration of synergistic effects made it possible to decrease the content of volatile components and to improve the activity at the same time. The new combination of carriers optimizes the effect of Kettlitz-Dispergator FL plus.
The recommended dosage of Dispergator FL plus is 2-4 phr.
