Dispergator KB contains 25% more active material and less moisture than Dispergator DS. It favourably can be used in all rubber compounds which are intended to be cured by UHF, LCM or hot air. It also has good compatibility with most polymers. Dispergator KB improves the dispersion of fillers and rubber chemicals, the surface quality of extruded profiles, the extrusion speed, and reduces the scorch tendency of injection moldings. It does not interfere peroxide curing systems and shows excellent non-staining properties.
