Polyvel is the leading supplier of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) masterbatches for internal lubrication of nylon films and injection-molded parts.
Polyvel's molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) masterbatches enable injection molders to incorporate the benefits and lubricating properties of MoS2 into their molded nylon parts without purchasing costly pre-compounded MoS2 modified resins.
MoS2 is an internal lubricant for nylon compounds. It reduces or eliminates mold drag during molding and acts as a mold release. Post molding component assembly is made easier because of the self-lubricating properties.
