Excellent catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam manufacture with amine type catalysts.

Excellent initial lubricity and weather-ability.

Non-bleeding and best gelling properties.

Use of organotin or organic liquid stabilizer improves the initial color of products. - Lubricant and PVC stabilizer.

Polyurethane catalyst.
