HZ70 is our new developed product which is specially used for 70 flame retardant PVC Cable covering materials. No need to use other plasticizers or stabilizers but HZ70 during PVC Cable Covering Materials making. The finished products completely measures up to the standard of GBT/8815-2008. HZ70 is a light yellow sticky oily liquid in normal temperature and will freeze under 0?, its viscosity is 208m Pa.s (25?). It is soluble in HC, Ketone, Esters and High alcohol, slightly soluble in ethanol. It has a good miscibility with PVC resin, low volatility, mobility and plastication temperature. Its high thermal stability and light stability, good water and oil resistance endow the products with better mechanical strength, weather resistance property and electrical property.
