Antitack BTO-44 VC is a powdered antitack agent, basically containing inert minerals in combination with calcium stearate, detergents, anti-foam and anti-rust agents for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds, endless strips and granules.

The product itself is most suitable for batch-off machines with spraying and dipping systems.

After drying, the antitack film which remains on the surface of the rubber compounds is easy to control visually.

Antitack BTO-44 VC has been developed according to the most recent economic and ecological requirements. All liquid components have a bio-degradability of at least 80%. The product itself is supplied as powder concentrates which guarantees superior efficiency.

The powder can be dispersed into water, also at lower temperatures. The antitack dispersion remains stable, even after a longer period of time. Once sedimentation happens (after weekends or holidays, etc.) the pigments will stay voluminous and soft and can be re-dispersed easily by very small movement of the bath. The contamination of the equipment by Antitack BTO-44 VC is relatively small, considering the effectiveness of the material.
