Clearstrength® 223 MBS impact modifier is recommended for injection molded and opaque sheet or profile PVC applications where weatherability is not a concern. Typically Clearstrength® 223 is used for C-PVC pipe and fittings. This additive also was aimed at providing good impact to engineering polymer like polycarbonate, polyesters and a variety of polycarbonate blends, in particular PC/ABS.
