SULI® MCA
Melamine Cyanurate is a kind of salt synthesized from melamine and cyanuric acid, and belongs to phosphorous-nitrogen flame retardant. Two types (powdered and granulated) of MCA can be supplied to meet the users' requirements. The vaporized melamine acts as an inert gas source diluting ht eoxygen and fuel gases present at the point of combustion. The cyanuric acid acts to decomposed the polymer thus rapidly removing it from the combustion source. In this case, there are three types of flame retardant mechanisms at play.
