DS7720-14P is designed to reinforce polyacetals POM resins with glass fibre. Its sizing has been developed specifically for POM and presents good properties in term of chemical and hydrolysis resistance. DS7720-14P has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact norms: EC 10/2011 and FDA. Its very light colour allows this product to be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the colour of the final part. An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS7720-14P chopped strand with an excellent bulk density. As a result, this product exhibits very good feeding properties compared to other competitive glass fibre materials.
