Benzotriazole UV Absorber
- Protects polymers by absorbing UV light before it hits the polymer, which drastically reduces discoloration and slows the decline in physical and mechanical properties of the polymer.
- Has high absorbing coefficient in UV long-wavelength region.
- Shows a strong synergistic effect when used in combination with HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer).
- Approved as an indirect additive in food contact substances in US, EU, and Japan.
