Santicizer ® 2148 is a non-halogen, low-smoke, alkyl aryl fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is recommended for applications where there is a need to reduce the risk of fire and smoke. This versatile additive is specifically designed to offer improved smoke suppression. Santicizer ® 2148’s non-halogen nature avoids adverse perceptions of halogenated fire retardants. Santicizer ® 2148 offers low volatility to help in retaining plasticizer during hot processing.
