CX-64F is a composite heat stabiliser/lubricant system designed for rigid PVC injection moulding.The primary heat stabilisation properties are due to basic lead sulphate. The good flow properties of CX-64F are due to highly efficient lubricants that minimise the internal and external friction of PVC particles to each other and to metal surface.The lubrication emphasis is on the highest quality internal lubricants, which allows for a wide range of fittings of various sizes and shapes. CX-64F is very versatile and is suitable for pressure and non-pressure applications, fittings and casing and any rigid PVC injection moulding process. Additional external lubrication may be required for larger fittings.
