Density is 2.05-2.32 g/cm3. The direction of parallel fiber axis has good cleavage. Meanwhile, it has ideal colloidal and heat-resistant abilities, without content of asbestos. it is widely used in chemical, pesticide, national defense, medicine, building materials and light textile industries. In recent years, it has also outstanding progress in environmental protection, automobile, insulation and ceramic industries. Due to its free of asbestos, it has become an ideal material to replace asbesto materials.
