DANADD® E-LF-01 is a concentrated additive Masterbatch which is added to thermoplastic polyurethanes and also to other plastics in order to obtain a good electrical conductivity.

DANADD® E-LF-01 contains thermoplastic polyurethane as a binder.

DANADD® E-LF-01 is added into the TPU-pellets by a metering equipment and by mixing it with the TPU-pellets. In the production of lightweight-TPU, it is also possible to mix DANADD® E-LF-01 with colour- and additive masterbatches ( Expander additives ).

Application

DANADD® E-LF-01 can be added to TPU-pellets if they are processed by extrusion, blow-moulding and injection-moulding.

By adding DANADD® E-LF-01, the TPU's obtain a good electrical conductivity. This product is applied in the production of rollers, shoe soles or speciality profiles based on TPU, if these products need to have a good electrical conductivity. For application in TPU' s, the inherent colour of DANADD® E-LF

• 1 enables another colouring by addition of masterbatches. Depending on its application and the electrical conductivity required, 1 - 25 % of DANADD® E-LF-01 are added to the granules.
