Floradyme™ 1000
Floradyme™ 1000 is a fully hydrogenated, distilled Dimer Acid produced from specific vegetable-based raw materials. Hydrogenation of the dimer acid provides oxidative and thermal stability which leads to a low color product as well as derivatives produced from the dimer acid.
Floradyme™ 1000 can be used in the production of reactive and non-reactive polyamides for inks, adhesives, and epoxy resins. It finds particular use in epoxy clear coat applications. Other applications include various personal care uses, polyol esters and alkyd resins.
